English Abstract

The current research aims to know: 1.

decision-making among the deans of the faculties of the University of Wasit from the standpoint of the teaching staff.

2.

Crisis management among the deans and the University of Wasit from the point look at the teaching staff.

This included research community Tdrisien Wasit University's (644) teaching was selected sample style class random, since consisted of (130) pedagogy, and to achieve the objectives of the research was to build two tools search, as to ensure the first administration (decision-making) (20) items the second and management (crisis management) (20) items, and the data were treated statistically, and the results showed that the deans have a good level of decision-making, and have the ability in the Tool crises facing their faculties in good form.
