English Abstract

Targeted current research to develop Philip Carter and Ken Rasal test of mental abilities, according to the theory underlying attributes by using the model of Rush, and to achieve this goal researcher followed the step data science in the development of the test starting to translate paragraphs and instructions test of English to Arabic and vice versa, were taken from the proposed amendments of the by experts, and then presented to the experts in educational and psychological Sciences, has promised all the paragraphs of the test is valid logically to measure developed to measure.
