English Abstract

Conducted the study at the University of Babylon / College of Basic Education and designed to know (difficulties students of the fourth stage / Department of Arabic and basic / faculties of education in a decision described graduation and suggestions for avoiding) researcher followed the descriptive approach, and requirements of research preparation especially this questionnaire, the researcher to identify open has prepared and it offered a number of specialists in the methods of teaching Arabic language and researcher prepared a questionnaire closed also offered a number of specialists and after confirmation of the validity and reliability of the questionnaire amounted paragraphs resolution as the final (24) items distributed researcher on the study sample Lalbagh number (100) students students from the fourth stage of the academic year (2014-2015) after the researcher concluded the study procedures and interpretation of the results reached as follows: 1 .The lack of availability of resources, so any suggestion When the subject of the study should ensure the availability of resources.

2 .The student may be social conditions affect it when typing the search.

3 .material costs which may be an obstacle to the student when he had written to his research.

The lack of cooperation from some libraries staff have a negative impact on the student when he had written to his research.

5 .to be harmony between the student does not honor supervisor must be strong in dealing with the student.

6 .allowing students to borrow messages and Alatarih and impose delay penalties in case of non-recovered in a timely manner.
