English Abstract

The teacher of the main pillars in the educational process, and Alanasralvaal who count on it to achieve the renaissance of the community in various aspects of life , and no matter how much quality teacher preparation process, but it can not have in this era Kasrna which is full of ongoing developments and changes ontinuing to make it unable to keep up, without providing a helping hand for the teacher to keep pace with development, developments rapidly in scientific disciplines and methods of teaching, especially in recent times increasingly views the educational pro need to develop teacher and rehabilitation qualified in line with the requirements of the times and keep pace of scientific and technological progress and raising the level of his performance, so this subject issued developments projects On the Arab level we see a lot of local and regional conferences, which called for the need to raise the level of teacher graduates to keep up with the explosion of knowledge and the development and scientific, and raise the level of their performance.

The current research aims to find out the reality of professional performance for teachers of social studies in the holy city of Karbala and the development of strategic plan to address this crisis and to develop performance against quality standards.

that researchers conducted a study to find out the reality of professional performance for teachers of social studies and are intended in this study, the subjects (geography and history) in the holy city of Karbala from several axes are: (training programs, educational supervision, school principals, teachers and social material) and in the light of the results of a study actually put the proposed strategic plan to address the weakness of professional performance of a school crisis Social materials and developed in the light of the quality standards.
