Abstract EN

This study aimed to clarify the religious provisions pardonable people of impurities in the right of the patient and the elderly in the performance of worship , and in the light of the definition of each of the patient and the elderly that showed by this study so pardonable people study of impurities dealt with in the right who is unable to purify himself of them , have devoted special provisions and signalized private provisions of elderly and included to the provisions of the patient , but explained briefly, and deliberated to discussion some of the opinions and then tipping the Islamic ruling , has shown in this research , this religion is easy and His Eminence, And manifested His Eminence and capacity in the pardon and surpassed all what a hardship , and obstructed remove it from the impurities , has been shown on the issue of pardon at the chapter of " impurities " that the law of Islam meant that mitigation for people praying , and raise critical , either criticize scourge , as in the blood and pus winning because of pimples and boils, nosebleed , or to pay a hardship precaution as in the case of who has that permanent accident, (like Urinary incontinence, al-istihaadah owners , moisten and fistulas and hemorrhoids) , and indigestion to either remove them as a color impurity and fragrance after purification .
