Abstract EN

The seriousness of the crime phenomenon in Algerian society as it is recently has increased because of a host of different factors, including what is related to the historical of French colonization, which lasted for more than 132 years as well as the conditions of structuring the society after the independence that have in return given birth to violence and terrorism crisis in the nineties, also to a range of social factors like the wrong way in raising children and the poor economical conditions that have increased the dangers of the unemployment and the non standardization known by the Algerian society as a result of its focus on the material construction trying to find the community features and negligence of the moral and the ethical side.
