this phenomenon has become dominant especially among teenagers Crime is the result of multiple variables such as lack of moral scruples and education and the absence of role of the family and social problems, According to some survey reports, the majority of crimes committed by young persons (theft, offenses ...) are an influence of drugs According to some survey reports, the majority of crimes committed by young persons (theft, offenses ...) are an influence of drugs which means the loss of control over the behavior of individuals and non-compliance with LEGISLATION This suggests the need of paying attention to social control mechanisms such as customs, values tradition , judiciary, urban safety and security institutions The latter is closely associated with social services provided by the community they have the role of maintaining the security and stability of society and so protect young persons against delinquency to reduce crime.

In this intervention, we treat the question of security institutions and their role in maintaining security and peace in society.
