Organizational trust is interest to management studies especially organizational behavior studies, and if its importance is clear at the present time it will increase dramaticlly in the future due to the tendency of organizations towards open relations and reliance on information and the authority of trust rather than power of punishment is a fundamental variable in human interaction and has a strong relationship to predicting and succeeding in individual behavior with regard to the level of organizational commitment of employees, effective administrative leadership needs to be seen as its main role in building and strengthening organizational commitment, however it lacks a clear leadership role in shaping this feeling and clarifying the factors that link leadership to influencing employees commitment through so-called leadership trust .
