English Abstract

The historical phenomenon is one of the key components of the process of history, What Happens, which include all of the people or practiced exposed to or suffering from it or treat it on a large scale, far from the individual situation or emergency temporary or exotic, and historical phenomenon be positive or negative, these determinants this historic term greatly help in the development of the historical verdicts right, the phenomenon should not be reduced to the case as well as the situation should not be expanded to make it a general phenomenon, it should not be issuing a landmark ruling on the community or historical era based on an individual case or a transient, also should not be a ruling on the phenomenon in its history as an individual.

It is worth mentioning that the survey and induction the most important stage of determining historical phenomenon Tools, and then followed Altvsr and reasoning to get to the causes and consequences of each historical phenomenon and that it could not reach him , but by relying on the principle of causality (Interpretation causal historical phenomena ) Komoslemh inescapable to be to reach the desired.
