English Abstract

The king's policy of James II and VII (1685_1688 religious unjust) arbitrary rule which tried through which threats and deception and bribery of politicians Scots for their support in raising the obstacles imposed on Catholics, led and consistently to the political segments of the dimensions of religious and have significance of his kingdom Protestantism, so that in 1688 in spite of the differences and personal rivalries between the Scottish Protestants, they unite and left the king in isolation in Scotland, and it was the king's policies failed, James has created an appropriate position of the revolution, in spite of that there is nothing to prove the existence of any willingness on the part of Scots to start such a rebellion.
