Abstract EN

All praise be to Allah, the Lord of all worlds, and may His peace and blessings be upon Prophet Muhammad, his forefather Abraham, his two brothers Moses and Jesus, upon all prophets and messengers, their family members and companions and upon their followers.

Islam is the religion of all the prophets From Adam to Mohamed (PBUH), this meaning is clear in verse of Quran which describes prophet Noah explanation as saying : “ … and I have been commanded to be of the Muslims." (Quran: Yuns 172) Ibraheem and Ismail said : “Our Lord, and make us Muslims [in submission] to You and from our descendants a Muslim nation [in submission] to You.

And show us our rites and accept our repentance.

Indeed, You are the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful” )Al Baqara 128( Then Allah described Torah We sent down the Torah, in which was guidance and light.

The prophets who submitted [to Allah ] judged by it for the Jews, as did the rabbis and scholars by that with which they were entrusted of the Scripture of Allah , and they were witnesses thereto (Al Maida 44) There are other Quran verses are explaining this idea.

Islam is a global systematic well-arranged mechanisms and every thoughts illustrate this meaning.

Islam becomes method and footpath of humanity development, it has great influence of humanity development history.

It offers happiness and help humanity to achieve spirituality.

When this happiness penetrates and fills the heart of the believer he does in fact live in this world as if he were in Paradise.

Those are the people who find true happiness in this world.

What kind of happiness could be greater than that of someone who humbles himself to Allah, worships Him, strives for His pleasure, and strives to enter Paradise.

Allah has privileged humanity as he sends prophet Mohamed as a source of wisdom and knowledge and illuminates the pathway of life.

Islam is an integrated program spiritually and intellectually in safe and nurturing environment.

Say, [O Muhammad], "O mankind, indeed I am the Messenger of Allah to you all, [from Him] to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth.

There is no deity except Him; He gives life and causes death." So believe in Allah and His Messenger, the unlettered prophet, who believes in Allah and His words, and follow him that you may be guided (Al Araf 158) Allah has created man weak, and he needs to cooperate continuously with others throughout his life.

This is clear in worldly affairs.

Man needs someone to sow for him and harvest for him, and he needs someone to support the life.

To sum up, people cannot live unless they cooperate with one another.

This idea is clear in Islam as Allah explains in the verse: “O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another.

Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you.

Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted” (Al Hujurat 13) Islam becomes a program for making people as brothers and to live peacefully in many countries, while they were enemies and bear a grudge against each other but Islam removes these illness and malice.

World peace occupies a great and serious position in Islam.

All heavenly messages, prophets and messengers were not sent but to make world peace and to raise its permanent banner along with the ideals that Islam calls for.

Peace in Islam is neither a personal matter nor a national goal.

It is a global, comprehensive and everlasting one.

Prophets and messengers all participated in building the structure of peace, which was completed by the message of the noble Prophet Muhammad )PBUH( when he said, „The likeness of me and the other prophets before me is that of a man who built a house and beautified it except for a place of one brick in a corner.

People went around it and wondered at its beauty, but said, “If only this brick were put in its place!” So I am that brick, and I am the final prophet.

Heavenly messages were concluded by his message, and the divine plan was completed by him not only to achieve eternal human peace, but also brotherhood, cooperation and happiness for all humanity.

Islam is the mercy of heaven granted for peace and permanent happiness of people on earth as long as they are committed to the teachings of heaven.

These teachings have made believers loving brothers who help one another in goodness, compete in seeking knowledge and wisdom and sacrifice their dearest possessions and best efforts to bring happiness to their fellow believers as well as to all humans.

They do all that under the motto of Prophet Muhammad‟s words: „All creatures are God‟s dependents, and the most loved by Him are the ones most helpful to His dependents.

The International Law in Islam simply is based on Justice and source of legislation which focuses on the fairness and kindness for all humanity.

Islam asks for justice not for Muslims community but for all the global community.

Muslims bring the message of Islam and this what is encouraged by the key principles of Islam.

The real Muslim should love humanity and try hard to convert darkness of life to a brighter life and serenity for all the humanity all over the world.

This thesis presents an important discipline of Islam which is the global peace and world security in compliance with Islam legislations and it also explains that Islam is the only way to gather all the parts of humanity in one tent all over the world and it shows actual samples for that.

The thesis has an introduction and two chapters.

The first one is about Islam program and a footpath for peace of all humanity, while the second one is about the Islam Laws both in peace and war.

Then the conclusion has been summarized at the end of the thesis with recommendations
