The objectives of this research is to shed light on some of the Islamic rules and principals such as: (Human Dignity, There is no compulsion in religion, and the rule of what is their duties is ours and what is upon them is on us, and Madinah constitution) in dealing with others and live with them, this is to build a society based on peace and social security, and they are considered as the most important requirements of life.

While the development of society and its progress depends on them.

The importance of this study is to focus on the role of these fundamentals and their impacts on establishing social security.
