Abstract EN

The research aims is to setting up a measurement of Pioneers Group for student`s substance Scout Education in Colleges and Departments of Sport Education in Northern Region Universities.

The researchers used the descriptive method by surveying way to the suitability for the current search, the both measurement had been performed on student`s substance Scout Education in Colleges and Departments of Sport Education in Northern Region Universities the totaling (200) students.

The researcher used a personal interview as a means of data collection, After confirming the availability of all necessary conditions, the researcher performed the main experiment on (100) students for the time period from 01/3/2014 to 1/6/2014.

The researcher used the following statistical methods:The arithmetic mean, standard deviation, way convened extremes and internal consistency.The researcher reached the following conclusions: the power of measurement of Pioneers Group for student's substance Scout Education in Colleges and Departments of Sport Education in Northern Region Universities.
