Abstract EN

Among the Iraqi cities, the Kurdistan Region cities are considered the most developed cites in economy and human investment.

There are several reasons behind such as development: security, safety, economic stability and the nature of strategies followed in Kurdistan, apart from developed plans to arise society circumstances in economy, society, culture and heath.

The typical human investment has played a vital role in developing the growth of the region which is the theme of our study.

The study has aimed at unveiling the importance of human capital in social development of the Iraqi Kurdistan Region through indicators of human investment and the developing indicators.

The most significant results of the current study are: 1- The Iraqi Kurdistan Region cities of are considered the most developed cites of Iraq in investment of human strength, human development indicators have been rising if compared with other Iraqi provinces.

2- Economy development indicators as well as social development in the (K.R) are emerging.

3- The strategies for growth, human development, economy and society have been aimed and fruitful in investment picture of both human and economy parts.
