Abstract EN
This study subtract with the project of launching a free zone in the Kurdistan region of Iraq.
As it deals exclusively with the requirements of the infrastructure for this project, substantial and human resources, and then estimate the costs and benefits accruing from the establishment of this project.
To complete this research the researchers used to ask many of the technical and engineering expertise , and reached a number of significant results and recommandations .
