Abstract EN

The currentstudy deals with almawardi's jurisprudential rules in his book "alhawi" since these rules are of great significance in achieving jurisprudential judgements for questions whose legitimate judgements are required.

These rules are not considered final proofs in such questions rather, they are only consulted by the person who intends to elicit the lejitimate judgements with the proof .

some of these rules have the glorious qur'an or the prophet's tradition a their sources or baled on evident proofs from these two sources.

Others are based on a legitimate proof among those considered by scholart and some others are based on measure inference and justifying judgements because these are legitimate proofs and jurisprudential rules based on deriving rules and forming fatwas that judges should obey .

in the above – mentioned book, many dispersed jurisprudential rules are designed by the author in amodern way .

though may not be able to collect all these rules due to their great number, will try to do my best to achieve this purpose.
