Abstract EN

The present research aims to know the reflections influential of a number of organizational factors, by taking only two dimensions of the organizational structure: first one (formal and Central) and the second (incentive and support) in organizational behavior strategies, according to a model of (Miles & Snow), the research was conducted on a samples of head departments and units in a number of private universities in Erbil governorate, that represented by (Ceyhan University, Bayn University, Ayat University, and Lebanese French University), and a samples were (76) individuals, and had surveyed through a questionnaire consisting of (49) items, Propelled search of a problem that revealed, the surveyed organizations facing environmental conditions characterized by very rapidly and continuously, and due to the rapid change in their environment factors, necessitating a strategic changes, in light of the challenges facing the organizational factors of organizations researched, and tested the effect of organizational factors in organizational behavior strategies in the surveyed organizations, and statistical standards and tools have been used, and research found a number of conclusions and proposals related
