Abstract EN

In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful God almighty conferred favor on believes by sending them a messenger to identify the right way (Path) in their daily lives concerning to lawful and forbidden definition giving them the God’s direction.

Because they dare the truth way and want to be near the God because of that way and obtain God’s pleasure and agreement.

And after the messengers the brilliant scholars have been taking this responsibility by answering Muslims questions serving them.

By doing this they do a great worship which is demanding goodness and banning devil and this is the same responsibilities of the prophets, and they are the prophets’ inheritors so they do a great and as well as sensitive work, because when people ask them in concerned as the doubtless judge for being near the God.

This study is a small effort about the knowledge and judgments of one of the Kurdish scholar (Ibn Khayaty Qaradaghy) in terms of researching and checking for part of man scripted book which hasn’t been published and checked till now.

This study is introduced part of that book for the first time with the hope to encourage other researcher to have more study about it and finally will be published completely.

The study is divided into two main parts (researching part and checking part).

The first part is about the author and his biography with his book and also the method that the writer followed in his manuscript.

We studied the subject of his draft in two subjects.

The second part of the study of the study is about the scientific research with enough explanation wherever needs.

With the hope of accepting our work firstly by God and being a small service in the process and science and Knowledge in general and Kurdish scholar particularly.
