Public Relations is a specialized function adopted by the institutions in all its forms to achieve their objectives, and public relations is characterized by being active communicative multi goals and objectives, where links between institutions and among employees within the institution at all levels, and between the institution and the environment which they are located, and in the words of Paul Garret about public relations, he confirmed that the latter is in the continuing efforts of the Department to gain the confidence of the public and configure a good image in their minds, and it appears from here that the public relations aimed at linking relevant to society by projecting the bright image of the institution as an institution serving the community and working to protect interests.

If public relations is a vital component in the life of any institution in the normal working conditions, they become even more important during a crisis that may be encountered as they work in an environment of movement and change, which are an essential part of crisis management, public relations based on close ties with the public of the institution (the media, public opinion, the public institution concerned ...

etc.) is definitely the right way to protect the institution's reputation and its image during the crisis.
