The achievement of social peace is an essential factor to provide security and stability in the community, and if they lost the case of the social ladder or weakened, the corollary is that the deterioration of security and instability.

Therefore, in this study we will try to focus on the security situation in Libya, especially with the weakness of transitional governing institutions, and continues to struggle between political factions on the levels of partisan or zonal or tribal or regional to show the impact of marginalization of tribal and sectarian factor for the failure to achieve social peace.
