Abstract EN

An assigned a human being acts upon his rights and duties, but sometimes he may unknowingly disrupt the rights of other people ; that might create conflict among them.

The disputes make arbitration necessary.

Most of the times, the arbitration takes longer than expected and at the same time, puts people under a mental pressure.

Such difficulties have made people think of a better and faster solution.

Reconciliation is one of the best ways to tackle such situations that is certainly different from forgiveness .

Islamic Law considers reconciliation and compromise of great importance and encourages Muslims to practice that.

The Kurdish nation has always loved peace and religion.

That is why these values have profoundly found a way into the hearts of Kurdish people.

Moreover, it has prevented the likely conflicts from deepening.

This tendency toward compromise is now a common tool for ending disputes among Kurds.

But the question is whether the reconciliation followed in Kurdistan is in line with the principles of Islamic Law…! And that, whether its performers support the rights of all parties especially the children and the nations.

I was thinking of these questions and searching for the answers in the Islamic Law, so the result is this research article.

This research was an effort to add something more to the knowledge library of the Islamic Law, regarding civil compromise in the Kurdistan Region.

I hope that other people, other than me, can take benefit from this research.
