Abstract EN

This study has an objective to know the importance of the works morality engagements in the Islam in order to realize the competitive characteristic.

To reach to this objective, we discussed the theoretic framework of the research which contained the following rapprochements: the works morality in the Islam, the competitive characteristic, the importance of works morality engagements to realize the competitive characteristic, then we arrive after that to the attempt to seek the possibility effect of the works morality engagements in Islam inside the Algerian enterprises in order to reach to carry out the competitive characteristic through choosing a sample of 120 enterprises activating throughout different Algerian regions by the concentration on the stratum of heads and leaders of these enterprises as they are responsible of the decisions.

To attain this aim, we made a questionnaire as a main mean and to reach to obtain significant results, we based on the statistic style through different indicators like means, Student tests, Fisher and Scheffe, coefficient of: analogy, link and slope.

The study reached to realize an important part of the general theory when it became clear that there are some acceptable aptitudes of this sample which was submitted to study concerning these responsible persons with regard to the importance of the works morality engagement in the Islam in order to realize the competitive characteristic inside their enterprises.
