The research aims to show the problems of unemployment and sustainable development and social responsibility in an Islamic perspective , it is based on the statement of verses of the Qur'an and the Sunnah related to this topic .

Islamic introduce some effective policies to maximize the use of the product and reduce unemployment in its different forms, including disguised unemployment and partial operation , and monitoring of the labor market and change the compatibility between the outputs of education, training and development needs .
