Abstract EN

This research attempts, firstly, to introduce a theoretical framework about concept and philosophy of Total Quality Management in Higher Education and its applications, secondly, to suggest a practical model measuring and calculating costs of quality in higher education.

In spite of unavailability of data in its accounting system, the researcher applied the proposed model in Alkitab University Collage by the cooperation with accounting and quality managers and some teachers.

The elements of quality costs have estimated as a percentage from total current cost.

As a result, there is little focus on prevention and appraisal costs that contribute to rise failure costs.

This refers to maturity level of quality system less than average in this college.

Finally, some conclusions and recommendations are listed.
