The present study aimed to evaluate children with centers kinetic special needs in Algeria, Jordan, through the identification of competencies activation of classroom management in the educational process in children with teacher kinetic special needs in Algeria, Jordan General and needed in education and education of these children.
And study sample consisted in its final form (39) teachers and teacher working in special education centers in Algeria, Jordan and dish them questionnaire has been developed consisting of (41) items represented in the field of competencies activation of classroom management in the classroom.
Depending on the descriptive approach, the study found many of the results including the following: 1-There were statistically significant differences between the center and the center of El Harrach or residuals differences in favor of or residuals center in the field of what is going on in the classroom.
2-There are significant differences were statistically significant differences in the activation of classroom management efficiencies between special education centers for children with special needs kinetic Algeria and Jordan in favor of Al-Hussein Society for people with mobility challenges in Amman.
