The study aims to characterize and evaluate the planning policies organize, products, and stand on the pluses and minuses related under the impact of privatization on the product development process and evaluate various aspects of the stages of product development and custom stand companies over the impact of privatization of these stages, and evaluate the marketing mix components associated with product development policy in companies that have been privatized and assessing the views of officials in companies that were privatized about the performance and function of product development in these companies compared to what was done in this field before privatization and come up with a set of recommendations to improve the overall performance of the product development of the Iraqi industrial companies
