Abstract EN

The study aims to find out the relationship between the variables of the study model, which include: The Ingredients of strategic management as independent variables include (stakeholders, employees, organizational structure and organization culture) and the mechanisms of strategic management as an intermediates variables include (the formulation of strategy, leadership style and employee's empowerment), and Strategic implementation as the dependent variable.

The most prominent results the availability of a positive statistical significant relationship between the ingredients of management, its mechanisms and strategic implementation.

The main recommendations: the need for attention to the stakeholder’s objectives, participation of workers in formulating the strategy, strengthen the role of supportive leadership, and the perceived the worker's needs.
