This study aims to identify the organizational commitment level , its obstacles and to find ways to promote it.

To achieve the objectives a descriptive approach survey was used, as well as adopting a questionnaire tool to collect data.

The study found a number of the results which are: special education supervisors in Riyadh have a High level of organizational commitment, where the general average reached , 4.13 out of 5, and the lack of significant Statistics differences between the organizational commitment and the study of (gender variables, specialty, qualification, years of experience) for the special education supervisors in Riyadh, the approval of the special education supervisors in Riyadh with a high degree on the organizational commitment constraints to reach the average of 3.75 out of 5 , and the approval of the special education supervisors for the city of Riyadh with a high degree on the procedures to promote organizational commitment they have, where the average reached , 3.72 out of 5, and in the light of the results of this study the researchers have set a number of recommendations including: maintaining high organizational commitment level of the special education supervisors in the city of Riyadh, continuance to measure organizational commitment of special education supervisors in the city of Riyadh from time to time to ensure its presence and continuation, educating pedagogic leaders on the importance and of what organizational commitment is.

And the related stages , factors and samples, addressing the constraints of institutional organizational commitment by defining the duties and rights of the special education supervisors ,Establishing an incentives system, defining organizational commitment in the special education sector through training programs, seminars, lectures, enhancing the organizational commitment throughout applying the procedures contained in this study .
