This research aims to identify the impact of the teaching method (interactive) my style Exercise (condenser, distributor) in learning performance run for 100 meters and field arena.

And also to identify the best method is used in the learning performance to complete the run for 100 meters arena and in the field, and has been the use of the experimental method (style (the two groups), where the sample consisted of 35 students were selected in the manner intentional students from the second phase of the school year (2012 -2013) was chosen as the Division of (a) the number (35) students, chosen by the researchers and the sample is homogeneous in terms of the ages of time, training and some analogies physically similar they are to the similarities age.

then was to achieve homogeneity of the sample in terms of the variables (physical) and Table (1) shows that , the sample was divided into two groups randomly by lottery in a way (the lottery) experimental group (17) and a control group (17) students were excluded one student for his lack of training schedules.

And may be reached through this study that the method of teaching (interactive) my style intensive exercise influence "positive" in learning the technical performance of the effectiveness of sprinting 100 meters and field arena.

There are also significant differences between the two sets of research to learn the technical performance of the effectiveness of ran 100 m.

And recommends Ms.

researcher and professor researcher need to use the method of teaching (under discussion) to learn the rest of the skills of track and field to get to know the extent of its effectiveness in achieving the best learning for these events and focus on the use of the method of teaching is better and which is consistent with the educational level of the students with the need teaching methods other within the method of exercise (condenser and distributor) in learning the skills - under discussion - or other skills to the games individually or collectively.

Besides the need to use the pictures and illustrations in the physical education lesson for the great importance in linking the hearing eye and thus accelerate the motor skill learning.
