the research aims to identify the obstacles to the adoption of the graduate program at the faculty of physical education at the university of sana'a, the study sample consisted of (104 (of them (10) faculty member at the faculty of physical education, (4) officials graduate university of sana'a, (40) students graduate from college , (50) a student at a fourth year from 2013 to 2014 m and the researcher used the descriptive approach through the application of a questionnaire and one consisting of (35) is divided into four areas (axes) are: the constraints of academic and administrative organizational and constraints related to the students, and financial constraints and capabilities.

It is through the search results show that the order of the obstacles to adopt a program of graduate studies, faculty of physical education at the university of sanaa came as follows: 1.

Obstacles academy (88.03%).

Financial constraints and possibilities (82.55%).

3 regulatory and administrative obstacles (81.27%).

4.

Obstacles that relate to students (77.03%).
