Creation and inovation in any field reflects the new approaches dealing with the organizational construction of the company and the policies and strategies, aiming to develop the procedures and the rules wuth enable the communication between tge employees and the environment surrounding the company.

To ensure the effectiveness of such aims and because of the importance of such creation, companies try to apply it since it's point of strength for the company behind it's competitors Throughout this paper, we try to identify to which extant such creation and inovation is applied in the Algerian administration.
