Experts in the field of Islamic finance confirm that the BOT system is considered one of the successful contemporary models.
We can make us of these models, their mechanisms and experiences which are provided in developing real estate endowment; especially that there are common characteristics between the provisions of endowment and the concept of BOT.
Research in the BOT system area revealed precedent Islamic opinions and applications of the concept; which means that the signs of this system emerged early the Islamic jurisprudence.
