The subject of the optimal capital structure in the institution is one of the most important issues that scientific research has concerned in the field of financial engineering, where several theories emerged on how to choose the optimal capital structure of the institution and explain the financing behavior.

However, to date there is no consensus or agreement that a particular theory answers various questions in this regard, especially the issue of optimizing the financial structure, between the economics of leveraging and the market economy.
