This research paper aims to highlight the role and important of Islamic Financial Engineering products industry in the establishment and development of the Islamic Financial Market in Algeria as an alternative to Traditional Financial Market that testifies the delay and obstructions effected negatively on its effectiveness despite the economic and Financial reforms persuade by Algeria in order to keep pace with the development witnessed by the world and the wave of Financial Liberation and the emergence of globalization which depend mainly on the financial innovation policy or the so called the financial engineering.
