This article discusses the subject of the transformation into a Learning Organization.
It intends to clarify the notion of Learning Organization through explaining its meaning, principles and requirements.
Moreover, it aims to show the importance of learning organization as an ideal solution to meet the business world challenges.
This article also aims to review General Electric experience in the transformation into a learning organization.
This experiment, which had achieved many successes in the business world.
