English Abstract

Islam recognized the dignity of the prisoners, but does not neglect their will, and ordered the Muslims in good treatment, and honor them, and perhaps the modern wars and conflicts with all its tragedies brutality with which it deals with the countries of prisoners appear, from the killing, torture and so on Islam came and passed to prisoners of their dignity by including all aspects of life, and linking it to worldly matters the provisions of the religion, he decided to have rights when families process, and other rights relating to the place of internment as the captive, in addition to how the treatment granted where, all the apparent meaning of humanity exceeded descriptions, those appearances to ensure that the prisoner was honored and respected and his humanity The problem that the researcher is trying to highlight is to find a solution to the contradiction stranger among decided by Islam and is applied on the ground, what POW camps are still in the majority of countries in the world teeming with many of the brutal practices that lose prisoners dignity, and overwhelm their humanity, came to this search highlights the compatibility between the captive as the enemy is fighting enemies in the army, and being captivated weak helpless nor the power is subject to the authority of the Muslims.
