English Abstract

This study represents an attempt to search in great respect to human corpse of martyrs killed by the analyzing, and manifestation.

The importance of this study is that it indicates that Islamic Sharia Laws respect to the enemy corpses and prohibit the playing with dead bodies.

Also, it facilitates the means to the enemy to have the corpse of the ; illed soldiers.

Also it prevents doctors from investigating the cropse of enemy soldiers, except for the necessity of removing some parts.

Also, it permits the removal and burial of enemy corpses in the field if the enemy fails from removing them.

Islamic Sharia Laws prohibit the stealing the corpses and keep them naked Islam Sharia Laws has preceded international human right laws.
