Abstract EN

Strategic Management is the most important and sophisticated discipline among managerial sciences.

It is the result of the increasing magnitude of the strategic planning.

In this context, strategic management means also the organizational management, management of the organizational culture, management of resources and the environment.

Therefore, it is a field concerned by both the present and the future challenges.

This paper attempts to shed light on different angles of the management practice in a sample of SME because this kind of enterprises contributes actively in promoting investment, increasing employment and creating added value.

In Algeria for instance, it is considered as the cornerstone of any development strategy and the engine of the welfare and social prosperity.
