Find / position of the International Court of Justice of the basic principles and guarantees of international humanitarian law Title The study problem : The basic problem in assessing the ability of the International Court of Justice to contribute to the effectiveness of international humanitarian law.
The main result was that the International Court of Justice is an essential reference in dealing with humanitarian international law, and contribute significantly to the development and promotion of this law effectively, and also that the role of the Court in support of the effectiveness of international humanitarian law limited role, did not live up to what was expected from the first body of international law year.
