Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the barriers that Yemeni women in the city of Sana'a face when playing sports as well as the individual differences at variables as sport administrator, sport teacher, sport student.

The researchers used the descriptive methodology which is compatible to the nature of this study.

A questionnaire was also used to gather data.

It was designed to cover topics of Social, physiological, healthy, religious, Academic kind as well as the possibilities.

: The overall population of the study was composed of (69)Women.

Results were statistically analyzed using average, Standard Deviation, Analysis of Variance, to know the statistical significant level of those results.

This study had concluded that there are mediate barriers hinder women from playing sport on the all topics of the research.

The researchers emphasize the necessity of publicizing sport awareness through the media and providing close halls for girls to practice sports.
