Criminal mediation of a new procedure in the system of procedural Algerian, aimed at establishing peace between the victim and the offender by the intervention of a third party seeks to bring the point of view between them, to be borne by the perpetrator responsible for his crime.

This research has included the study of criminal mediation in the Algerian legislation system by defining the concept, as well as the effects achieved if they were by the required controls and procedures.
