This study deals with guarantees to protect child workers in contemporary legal systems applied on Omani law compared to the law of Egypt and a number of Arab regimes and some of the relevant international conventions, and in the context of two sections, we reviewed in the first : the definition of child labor, its causes and effects, and the position of Islamic jurisprudence of it.
