Abstract EN

This article aims to examine the crimes and violations of international humanitarian law and international law of human rights committed by Israel in Gaza, in particular and in Palestine in general.

It shows that such crimes and violations are not just like any other violations in other parts of the world.

But of properties and aggravating circumstances, and international criminal justice, making them a fortiori from the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court, to punish the perpetrators and eliminate the persisting of impunity.
