This research seeks to identify the theoretical framework and philosophical phenomenon of alienation among workers job, In accordance with previous studies, Study orientations administrative leaders in the sector under study (the National Authority for the Egypt post) about this phenomenon, In terms of the extent of knowledge of the basic concepts around, The most important managerial skills and the elements necessary to overcome them and The most important Results and the negative effects it, Hence the possibility of providing a set of recommendations and implementation mechanisms In order to get rid of this phenomenon or reduction in the sector under study and advancement of the level of performance.
To achieve the goals of the research and testing hypotheses of the study was the use of descriptive analytical method and The most important results reached a significant drop in the level of managers in the sector under study, In terms of their effectiveness in getting rid of this phenomenon, This is due to the lack of knowledge of the basic concepts of the phenomenon, skills and elements necessary to overcome them, It was found that there is a significant drop in the level of organizational performance in the sector, In terms of a sense of psychological well-being of employees (enthusiasm at work) and Organizational citizenship behaviors and environmental pollution of the organization and organizational readiness in general.
