The research aims at knowing how much the kindergarten teachers applied the children,s rights during their educational work in Syria for the academic year 2013-2014 The research followed an analytical, descriptive method.

Notice cards were used with a sample composed of /40/ kindergarten techers The results of the research were as the next: The right which took number one was: The right to protection from physical threats then the right of psychological safety took number two number three the right to be treated well.

number four the right of equality in the classroom number five the right of self – expression number six the right of movement, number seven the right of barticipation, number eight the right of the child to be open to the world and arises on goodness to others number nine the right to enjoy playing, number ten the right to obtain information, number eleven the right of belonging to the environment ,depending on these results the following suggestion were made.
