Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the degree of availability and use of educational technology innovations and use constraints from the perspective of students, teachers of basic education in the College of Education at the University of Al Baath .

To achieve the objectives of the study questionnaire was designed to determine the degree of availability and use of technological innovations and to identify difficulties using the innovations of educational technology, and then apply the questionnaires after confirmation of sincerity and persistence , all members of the study sample 's (98)students, have been selected in a random.

The study results showed a low level of availability of technological innovations in the College of Education, where I got most of the innovations on the proportion of medium ( provide internet service - computers - a data projector ) , and results showed that the fear of dealing with technological innovations and lack of training of students, teachers in the employ of the most important obstacles that prevent the recruitment technological innovations effectively in the educational process .

In light of the findings of the study, the researcher presented a set of proposals and recommendations and that was the most important : the need to provide technological innovations in the College of Education and the training of students teachers to use it effectively in the educational process, and strive to find solutions to the obstacles to the use of technological innovations .
