Abstract EN

The research aims to identify the level of Psychological Burnout Among Workers with Industrial High School Students in Damascus, and differences in the average scores in the research sample in the level of Psychological Burnout depending on the research variables ( Gender, Experience, educational Level, Specialization).

The study sample consisted of 90 teachers (director, psychological guide, lecturer), who teaches industrial high school students.

The researcher used Maslash's scale of Psychological Burnout to achieve the researches' objectives.

(Prepared by Maslash and Jackson 1980) .

(Al Battal who translated it into Arabic 2000).

We reaches the following results after testing the results of the hypotheses : 1.

the level of Psychological Burnout among members of particular environment was medium.

2.

The level of respondents in the emotional stress was medium.

3.

There is no differences in degrees between males and females in the Psychological Burnout and its dimensions.

4.There is no differences in degrees between teachers in the sag feelings and lack of sense of accomplishment on the scale of Psychological Burnout and its total score, depending on the experience variable.

5.

There are differences between teachers in their emotional stress on the scale of Psychological Burnout according to the experience variables.

Teachers who have experience from 5-10 years have the advantage.

6.

There are no differences that have statistic significant between the average of the research sample on the scale of Psychological Burnout and its dimensions according to the variable in specialization (director, lecturer and a psychological guide).

7.

There are no differences that have statistic significants between the average of the research sample according to the variable in the educational qualification (secondary school, institute, BS degree, advanced studies).
