This article aims to identify the feasibility of applying a system of electronic Government in public administrations of Khenchla province and the search for its application requirements, and this, according to the officials, In order to apply this system, we will use descriptive and analytical methods using a questionnaire as a tool to collect data and information, analyse the study data, achieve results and test hypotheses based on the program SPSS.

The study found a set of conclusions, including: -There is a desire among the leaders of governments about the e-Government application, -Limited the training programs, designed to illustrate the importance of the objectives and functions of electronic government, -Not to issue legislation for electronic business.
