English Abstract

Allah Almighty has honored man and honored him in this universe, where he said: (I have blessed us sons of Adam and provided them with transport on land and sea and provided them with good things and We preferred them many of those who created favorable).

One manifestation of this honor and that honor: that man has given many rights, is in the realms of moral and innate, social, political, economic, religious, cultural and civilizational human life.

However it has been humanity _ And still_ deprived of these rights and flagrant violations of their symptoms and freedoms throughout the ages and times.

Human rights are a set of natural rights possessed by humans and associated with nature and that still exist and have not been recognized, but more than that, even if violated by an authority (that human rights are over the interest shown rights and freedoms associated with human being derived from honoring God, and in preference to the other the creatures that have evolved over the historic accumulation through laws and norms and laws, which are derived and adopted human rights groups in different levels.Human rights loss of any State, leading to the emergence of many of the concerns of her children, including university students, if the idea of human rights nowadays is defined precisely and shrouded in a bit of ambiguity and lack of clarity then it could be argued that it is missing, as the community be based on the principle of the right of the stronger and prevail over force, and therefore the violation of the rights of individuals without limits or restrictions justified, depending on the (survival of the fittest, and the fittest), in addition, there are many systems and traditions contradictory and outs of all that has to do with human rights, and for us in human history many examples
