Explain the rational direction occurrence of psychological pressure through the individual's awareness and interaction with the events, the way they think about and explain the events, and the magnitude of the beliefs are the cause of negative emotions and problems adaptive.
The events that cause when some individuals emotional or physiological problems, not cause to others any problems, and the reason that the problem consists result of our perceptions and our interactions with the events and the way we interpret them, and there is nothing compressor itself, but individual thinking and interpretation of the event the way, is what makes it so, the pressure psychological whether positive or neutral or negative, is the result of beliefs and ideas espoused by the individual, and as a result of the meanings launched by the events around him.
The thoughts irrationality of the hardest problems that can be faced with individuals, as it entails many bad consequences, where the individual becomes unable to estimate the proper situations that occur around him, leading to many of the emotions exaggerated, and the occurrence of Mua dysfunction, severe shortages in the private individual self-acceptance, and that the exact opposite of bad eggs of people who are capable of proper appreciation of the attitudes and experiences that occur around them resulting in a kind of psychological balance and acceptance of the individual to himself and to others.
This research aims to present rational thinking among kindergarten teachers scale, where the researcher did not find a local study or Arab has researched this variable (rational thinking) with a class (kindergarten teachers).
In this research the researcher adopted a measure (Suleiman Rihani, 1985), which consists of (25) items, the researcher has to re-extract validity and Stability of the scale to be appropriate to apply to the Iraqi environment to kindergarten teacher’s category.
